Shipping Information
Goods are shipped within 2 working days from date of order. If this isn’t possible we’ll notify you immediately of an ETA.
We ship via Australia Post and pricing is automatically calculated at checkout. Don’t hesitate to contact us should you have a preferred alternate carrier and we can calculate a price accordingly.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on the basis of the goods being faulty or incorrectly ordered, in the case of the goods being incorrectly ordered, they must be unused and returned to us in a saleable condition before refunds will be granted. Please ensure you check your items against what is on the invoice provided before you use and/or open them.
The following conditions apply:
• Authorisations for return off goods must be obtained first. Requests for return authorisations may be sent to mail@thelavenderstation.com.au accompanied the invoice number, the name of the product to be returned, your name and contact detail
• Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days
• No credits or returns will be accepted if the goods in questions are over 14 days old from the invoice date.
• If the goods were incorrectly ordered, It is your responsibility to pay return freight charges to DiscountInk.com.au
• Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition.
• When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
• Incorrectly ordered goods returned to The Lavender Station will incur a 10% restocking fee.
