The Lavender Station currently has 15 varieties of lavender planted, covering an area of approximately an acre and a half. Most plants are 3 to 4 years old and yeild 3 to 6 bunches of lavender per plant, depending on conditions.
Nurturing our lavender has been challenging particularly over this last year of drought. No doubt re-establishing and increasing our lavender plots will be too.
